About Ally Integrated Healthcare
Our Mission & Vision
MISSION
Since Inception, Ally Integrated Healthcare has operated on the premise that CARE and HEALING are bi-directional. Quality patient care and employee wellness are inextricably connected.
As a healthcare team we are committed to providing optimal clinical care (evidence based and in a timely manner), in a patient focused environment. Conversely, we also believe that providing apsychologically safe work environment for the those who facilitate the operations and existence of the organization(our employees), leads to the best desired outcomes for ALL.
VISION
To be an organization that facilitates healing and value restoration to all we interact with.
ALLY INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE
Our Practice
Ally clinicians work with the patient and, where appropriate, their support system. This might mean collaborating with your primary care doctor, or working with the family of an adolescent. Or it may be best to work with the patient alone. Our approach includes communication about your needs, education about your diagnosis and taking the time to find the treatment that works best for you. At Ally Integrated Healthcare, we strive to provide high quality care to help you arrive at YOUR optimal health. Treatment is individualized and tailored to your subjective and assessed needs. This care is carried out in a caring and respectful manner, while also maintaining our commitment to protecting your privacy. We are here to listen and guide you on this journey to greater mental health. We provide office, and/ or telemedicine visits for medication management and more.
Our Team
John Albert, EMUNA
At Ally Integrated Healthcare, John serves as the quiet force behind onboarding and operational coordination. John designs systems that are not only compliant and well-documented but also welcoming clients seeking therapy and support. He understands the importance of getting the "little things" right, because in behavioral healthcare, peace of mind often starts at paperwork.
His experience spans Strategic Planning, MEL, Project Lifecycle Management, Capacity Building, and Trainer-of-Trainers leadership. Yet perhaps his most defining strength lies not in the titles he holds, but in his quiet ability to bring order to complexity, and to gently connect people, purpose, and policy in ways that matter.
A firm believer that “excellence is not noise, but quiet consistency,” John’s work ethic speaks not only to compliance and structure, but to care, culture, and calling. Whether onboarding a new staff member or designing a cross-border learning program, his touch is thoughtful, his strategy deliberate, and his results enduring.
In every team he joins, John does not merely operate—he harmonizes.
